   • Some of the information on this site is provided by third parties. Horse Sport Technology Pty Ltd takes no responsibility for any false, misleading, missing etc information. Nor does it accept liability for any damages incurred due to the same.

3. Permissions and Licence

   • This licence grants you non-exclusive, world-wide authorisation to use screenshots, or excepts of text for your own personal records, and on social media, provided that Horse Sport Technology Pty Ltd is credited as the author of the content.
   • Media organisations may manually (web-scrapers are not permitted, see below) the data and publish it provided that they include the words “Courtesy of Horse Sport Technology Pty Ltd” directly below any quotation or excerpt (whole or part).
   • The use of web-scraper technology is strictly prohibited without a specific license granted to you by HST.
